Making a quiz on QForm

Assemble the quiz using ready-made solutions and install it on Wordpress yourself, without third-party plugins.

To do this:

Register on the service and add your website

Create a form and give it a name. It only appears in QForm

Go to design mode, add and configure the required number of fields. To get a step-by-step form, create a separate section for each step

Place a “Text Block”. The field supports HTML tags, using which you can add elements (headings, pictures, GIFs) to design the start and finish pages of the quiz

Add images for the section. Choose location options or set as background. If necessary, you can disable display in the mobile version
Add a “One from the list” field.
Specify questions, supplement the points with answer options and attach images
At the end of the survey, ask for an email to which a selection with preliminary prices will be sent
On the “Design” tab, go to the “Form Filling Steps” section and select one of the display options
Go to the “Insertion Code” tab
Copy the DIV to set the quiz and the script to call it

To post on Wordpress, go to edit mode for a new or existing page

Click on the “+” button to add a block.



Select “Custom HTML”.

In the area that appears, paste the copied DIV and the script.

Click “Update”, after which the created survey will appear on the Wordpress site.
