Зарегистрируйтесь на QForm и добавьте свой сайт
Создайте форму и дайте ей название. Оно отображается только в QForm
Перейдите в конструктор, добавьте и настройте необходимые типы полей (предлагаем использовать поля “Один из списка” или “Несколько из списка”. Чтобы получить пошаговую форму, создавайте для каждого шага отдельный раздел
Сразу укажите, что ждет пользователя по окончанию квиза. Для этого используйте “Текстовый блок”.
Добавьте поля “Имя” и “Email”, для отправки результата квиза пользователю
На вкладке “Дизайн” перейдите в раздел “Шаги заполнения формы”
и выберите один из вариантов отображения
Перейдите на вкладку “Код вставки”, скопируйте DIV для установки формыи скрипт для ее вызова - вставьте на сайт.
В результате на сайте будет квиз-форма, где посетитель получает подборку товаров, которая ему точно понравится
